About the Role
This role is responsible for managing relationships with digital financial education partners and ensuring alignment with Colorado state graduation requirements. It also involves collaborating with internal teams to maximize community impact and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with financial education partners, ensuring content effectiveness and alignment with educational requirements.
- Develop and implement scalable financial education initiatives across schools and community organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic communication and program alignment.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, engagement metrics, and program outcomes.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for financial education partnerships.
- Define and track key performance indicators for financial education programs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and program management.
- Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of financial literacy topics and digital education platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Finance, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing educational programs or community engagement projects.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
