About the Role
This Member Service Representative works in Canvas Credit Union's fast-paced communications center at the corporate headquarters in Lone Tree, helping members by phone with transactions, product solutions and financial guidance. Candidates must be available for one of three weekday shifts, with training fully in-office. The role is hybrid after training.
Responsibilities
- Learn about members and understand their financial situations
- Educate members on products and services that can help them
- Provide meaningful, ethical product solutions
- Process transactions like transfers and payments with professionalism
- Perform advanced transactions such as IRAs, CDs, account openings and wire transfers
- Stay current on financial industry trends, products and technology
Requirements
- Authentic and passionate about helping others
- Understanding of financial products and services
- Comfortable recommending and processing financial products
- Experience in service excellence and leadership
- Ability to work well with others and embrace change
- Multilingual capabilities including Spanish are a plus
