About the Role

As the Manager of Financial and Regulatory Reporting, you will be pivotal in strengthening data processes and improving reporting accuracy. This role requires collaboration across teams to identify trends and integrate new reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the team’s change management process.
• Partner with technology teams to automate reporting workflows.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and improve data quality.
• Evaluate complex reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
• Make informed decisions about control improvements.
• Collaborate across various business areas to improve reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SQL.
• Demonstrated data analytics skills.
• Strong communication skills for presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
