About the Role

As a Financial Consultant, you will drive client engagement and retention by advocating for clients' financial goals. You will collaborate with internal specialists to offer tailored wealth management solutions and support clients on their financial journey.

Responsibilities

• Discover client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to help them stay on track with their financial goals.
• Build strong relationships and foster trust through focused client communication.
• Use technology effectively to deliver advice and solutions through a defined sales process.
• Leverage a team of Schwab specialists to assist clients in achieving their goals.
• Engage in discussions with clients about market conditions and sound investing principles.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 license
• Series 66 (63/65) license
• Life & Health Insurance license (to be obtained within 120 days of employment)
• Minimum of 5 years of financial experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and balance competing priorities
