Finance Manager - Advisor Services

About the Role

The Finance Manager role combines financial planning and analytics to support various business initiatives. This position involves collaboration with business leaders to analyze financial inputs and create forecasts, requiring strong analytics and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build expertise of the Advisor Service business and become a valued thought partner.
• Develop and maintain financial plans in alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate financial close activities and explain variances to budget.
• Create client analytics and reporting for important business decisions.
• Assess the financial impact of business initiatives and projects.
• Establish and communicate a finance 'point of view' through fact-based analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3-5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with capability to manage multiple projects.
