About the Role

As an EMT in our Emergency Department, you will provide professional patient care through assessment, planning, and evaluation. You will collaborate with a caring team, ensuring a positive patient experience while performing essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional patient care in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Maintain supplies and assist with patient transport.
• Perform unit secretary duties when required.
• Maintain patient flow with the charge nurse.
• Conduct lab testing as assigned and document results.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families.

Requirements

• Current Colorado EMT-B certification.
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Current IV certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
