Emergency Services Manager

About the Role

As the Emergency Services Manager, you will oversee the emergency department to ensure high levels of patient and staff satisfaction. This role requires managing department operations and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Ensure adequate staffing and maintain productivity standards.
• Provide coaching and counseling to staff as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication and care coordination.
• Implement unit-specific competencies and performance evaluations.
• Facilitate unit meetings and develop unit-specific goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Current RN license in Colorado.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, including leadership roles.
• Demonstrated competency in emergency services nursing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
