Dietary Technician PRN

About the Role

As a Dietary Technician, you will act as an ambassador and support the mission of our hospital by optimizing the quality of life of our patients. Your responsibilities include assisting patients with menu selections in compliance with therapeutic diets and ensuring proper sanitation of kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections in compliance with therapeutic diets
• Perform clerical duties including filing and keeping records
• Ensure proper sanitation of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Communicate effectively with healthcare staff and patients
• Coordinate menu selections according to dietary needs
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Team-oriented and excited to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with strong communication skills
• Able to read and speak English
• Comfortable with electronic records and communication systems
• Safe Serve Certification preferred
• Previous food service experience preferred
