About the Role

Under general supervision, the Cook will prepare and cook a variety of food items while maintaining a clean and sanitary work area. This role requires adherence to HACCP/food safety guidelines and participation in training for skill development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook a variety of food items
• Follow menus, recipes, and production sheets
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Communicate with other production staff about menus and portion sizes
• Adhere to HACCP/food safety guidelines
• Participate in training with other production staff

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
• 1+ years of experience in quantity cooking preferred
