Advisor Services - Client Support Associate

About the Role

As a Client Support Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients of independent financial advisors, helping them navigate their needs with clarity, care, and confidence. You will build trust through thoughtful conversations while delivering accurate solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with online account setup
• Process money movement
• Guide the submission of account-specific forms
• Support a variety of other service-related needs
• Listen closely and think critically to deliver personalized solutions
• Engage with clients through timely follow-through

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills
• Ability to create positive experiences while resolving issues
• Proven track record of following through on tasks and maintaining high work quality
