About the Role

This position supervises the daily operational activities of the pharmacy staff while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role involves training, mentoring, and supporting staff to deliver quality services and assist with performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• State licensure as a Pharmacist.
• 2 years of post-graduate experience.
