Dining Services Manager

About the Role

In this role, you'll manage the overall dining program including both front of house and culinary operations. You will supervise diverse staff and ensure the dining service complies with all regulatory standards while maintaining a high hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the overall dining program including meal service and culinary operations.
• Supervise dining managers, culinary, utility staff and service staff.
• Manage the financial operation of the dining program.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning dining service.
• Train and evaluate dining staff and facilitate ongoing development.
• Support the hospitality program within the dining service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years food service management experience required.
• Serve Safe Certified within 6 months of employment.
• Flexibility with schedule; must work weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
