Host/Hostess

About the Role

The Host/Hostess will work directly with the team to maintain the restaurant's flow, ensuring that servers and the back of the house work effectively. This role also involves greeting and welcoming residents as they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dining front entrance and greet residents.
• Answer telephones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain the front of the house and kitchen sanitation.
• Assist in training the wait staff.

Requirements

• Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule with availability for all shifts and holidays.
