About the Role

This position requires providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care utilizing respiratory therapy protocols. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional care outcomes while managing complex clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care environment utilizing respiratory therapy protocols.
• Values and partners with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional care outcomes.
• Prioritizes wellness, a patient perspective and evidence-based practice.
• Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare.
• Contributes to safety and quality at the point of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• State licensure if required by law.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.
• PALS Certification.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
