About the Role

As an Emergency Department RN, you will deliver top-of-scope nursing practice in a fast-paced clinical environment. Your role includes direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Prioritize wellness and evidence-based practice
• Precept new staff and interns
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
• Support specialty education and training for competency validation

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 6 months of nursing experience
• Certifications in PALS, BLS, ACLS
• Willingness to obtain TNCC or ATCN within 1 year
• Familiarity with emergency nursing standards
