About the Role

The Rueter-Hess Recreation Seasonal Park Technician will support parks operations and assist in various maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include customer service, general maintenance, and upkeep of park properties.

Responsibilities

• Performs customer service functions such as greeting visitors and confirming reservations
• Educates visitors about the rules and regulations
• Provides general clean-up and maintenance
• Conducts turf and vegetation maintenance, including mowing and trimming
• Performs routine maintenance and operation of equipment
• Conducts general trail maintenance

Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Must be enrolled in high school or a GED program, with a high school diploma preferred
• Requires some maintenance or construction experience
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License upon hire
