Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to provide physical and psych-social support to residents and families. Your primary role includes monitoring resident conditions and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform all clinical duties according to the state nurse practice act and nursing standards.
• Promote resident independence by establishing care goals and educating residents and families.
• Monitor clinical conditions to identify changes in status and act accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care conferences as requested.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience in caring for seniors preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• CPR certification required.
