Housekeeping Utility Worker

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Utility Worker, you'll clean building areas, set up rooms for events, and ensure high standards of cleanliness. You'll operate specialized equipment and assist with the movement of heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community through specialized equipment
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste
• Utilize work orders for room setups
• Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects
• Remove trash including recycling and refuse
• Maintain hard and carpeted floor surfaces

Requirements

• Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• May require a valid driver’s license
• History of safe driving as noted through Motor Vehicle Record check
