Senior Building Maintenance Technician

About the Role

This position involves performing specialized maintenance on building control systems including H.V.A.C. and plumbing. The technician will also handle construction work such as framing and drywall installation, as well as manage repairs and customer service for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized operation and maintenance of building control systems.
• Conduct construction and remodel work on building facilities using hand and power tools.
• Maintain and repair all building electrical systems.
• Operate motorized and powered equipment, conducting daily inspections.
• Provide customer service, establishing strong relationships with clients.
• Document time and materials used through the County work order process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Four years of building maintenance experience required.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License upon hire.
