About the Role

As Beauty Advisor, you will drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engage clients by identifying their needs. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and execute visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying client needs and suggesting products
• Demonstrate product knowledge and engage clients
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising standards
• Support omni-processing in the department
• Manage inventory from receipt to sale
• Foster a culture of integrity and teamwork

Requirements

• Authentic passion for beauty
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability for various shifts
