About the Role

As a Medical Technician, you will handle and resolve inquiries regarding laboratory results while maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Your critical thinking skills will be essential in generating accurate diagnoses that influence patient care.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding laboratory results.
• Generate and report results for accurate diagnoses and prognoses.
• Participate in training and orientation for new associates and students.
• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to interpret data.
• Ensure accurate and timely result reporting.
• Maintain laboratory computer systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biological, Clinical, or Medical Laboratory Science.
• Completion of a laboratory training program.
• 1+ year of related work experience preferred.
