Fleet Parts Inventory Support

About the Role

This role involves providing essential support to Fleet Technicians by managing inventory and fulfilling parts requests for Town vehicles. You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on the quality and efficiency of public service.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to Fleet Technicians regarding inventory requirements.
• Schedules and transports Town vehicles for outsourced repairs.
• Procures parts and supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• Maintains inventory records for parts and supplies.
• Ensures cleanliness of parts rooms and service areas.
• Assists in maintaining computerized fleet software.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of related experience in fleet parts inventory.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to effectively communicate and provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of auto repair parts inventory procedures.
