HR Generalist - Staffing

About the Role

This role reviews and approves job requisitions and changes while training managers on staffing processes. The HR Generalist assists in recruiting and handling confidential matters requiring sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support with job fairs as needed
• Manage student teacher placement process
• Process displacements, non-renewals, and classified reductions in force
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding process
• Review and process all staffing changes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
• High School or Equivalent education
• Professional in Human Resources certification preferred
