About the Role
As a Construction Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring construction projects meet regulatory standards and are delivered successfully. You will work alongside project managers and engineers, assisting with inspections and documentation to maintain high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Review construction plans for compliance and provide feedback.
- Conduct pre-construction meetings with stakeholders.
- Perform onsite inspections of new development projects.
- Document all construction activities with detailed reports.
- Communicate with contractors and the public about project progress.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate testing for compliance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience in utilities and/or facilities inspection.
- A valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to interpret plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
