Construction Inspector

About the Role

As a Construction Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring construction projects meet regulatory standards and are delivered successfully. You will work alongside project managers and engineers, assisting with inspections and documentation to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans for compliance and provide feedback.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with stakeholders.
• Perform onsite inspections of new development projects.
• Document all construction activities with detailed reports.
• Communicate with contractors and the public about project progress.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate testing for compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 2-3 years' experience in utilities and/or facilities inspection.
• A valid Colorado driver's license
• Ability to interpret plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
