Educational Assistant I

About the Role

As an Educational Assistant I, you will support teachers by assisting with instruction and clerical tasks. You'll also promote positive community relations while ensuring a safe and effective learning environment for students.

Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical tasks for the purpose of assisting teachers with instructional material.
• Monitor individual and/or groups of students in a variety of settings to provide a safe learning environment.
• Maintain instructional materials and files to ensure availability and compliance.
• Assist students with lesson assignments to reinforce learning concepts.
• Report observations and incidents relating to students for proper communication.
• Administer minor first aid and mediate student conflicts.

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent (Required)
• First Aid & CPR Certification - Colorado
• Ability to lift and perform physical tasks as needed
