Coordinator - Early Childhood Education

About the Role

The Coordinator for Early Childhood Education will provide professional development, mentoring, and feedback to staff on evidence-based instructional practices. This role is essential in developing community relations among staff, families, and students while aligning with educational standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and assist in delivery of staff development training for employees responsible for assessment of children aged three to five.
• Models professional relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating high integrity and responsibility.
• Creates a culture of continuous improvement through actionable feedback tailored to staff needs.
• Collaborates to maintain inclusive and safe environments for students and staff.
• Develops and maintains effective communication and partnerships among community, faculty, and administration.
• Monitors compliance with local, state, and federal mandates in early childhood education.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (Required)
• Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education (Preferred)
• Credential or endorsement in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Administrative credential (Principal or District-level Administrator's license)
• Teaching license in relevant area
• Experience in early childhood education settings.
