Caseworker B - Ongoing

About the Role

As a Caseworker B, you will perform full performance level intensive case work services, requiring independent judgment and application of professional principles. You will coordinate services in collaboration with community agencies to ensure effective treatment plans for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform case management activities assessing safety and risk of individuals and families, and developing service plans.
• Conduct initial needs assessments to ascertain the severity of issues affecting clients.
• Review case records and evaluate socio-economic factors affecting families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that include social services referrals and objectives.
• Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary team in the establishment of treatment goals.
• Prepare case records and documents in compliance with state and federal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework related to child welfare and human behavior.
• At least one year of relevant professional experience in a human services agency.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License upon hire with a clean driving record.
