About the Role

In this role, you will assess patients' physical and psychosocial needs, collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans, and advocate for patient rights. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring optimal patient outcomes and enhancing the overall health and safety of the community.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation and interviews.
• Evaluate patient responses and report findings to the responsible provider.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions.
• Advocate to protect the health, safety, and rights of each patient.

Requirements

• High School Grad or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related work experience required.
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) required.
• Certification as Medical Assistant (CMA, CMAC, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, NRCMA) required.
