About the Role
This position offers necessary administrative support to the case management unit and department operations. You will engage with clients, assisting in file preparation and program assessment, ultimately facilitating successful community placement.
Responsibilities
- Answers telephone and greets the public, providing accurate program information.
- Utilizes Colorado’s database to maintain records and process program enrollment.
- Receives and records program fees associated with various community justice programs.
- Interprets court orders to assess and setup pretrial release and community service clients.
- Maintains a caseload monitoring client performance with referral agencies.
- Participates in team meetings and trainings as requested.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Two years of criminal justice experience preferred.
- Must be a Notary Public or obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
- Bilingual in Spanish at an advanced level is preferred.
