About the Role

The Assistant Coach will work closely with the head coach to develop the team and support student-athletes. Responsibilities include planning practice sessions, managing logistics, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coaching student-athletes during practices and games
• Developing game strategies and practice plans
• Assisting with team logistics and operations
• Communicating effectively with players, parents, and staff
• Monitoring student-athlete academic progress
• Promoting sportsmanship and teamwork

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of basketball rules and strategies
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Commitment to student-athlete development
