Border Burger Sports Bar opened Sept. 30, 2026 in the three-floor former Trifecta Sports Bar & Grill building at 810 New Memphis Ct, just off I-25 near the Outlets at Castle Rock. Owner Rick Good also owns Border Burger Bar in Manitou Springs; Border Burger started in El Paso, Texas, in 2015 and is locally owned, not a franchise.
Everything is made to order, and the chicken is Red Bird. The burgers are named for places (the Border Burger, the Miami with homemade queso and a fried egg, the Coloradan with Hatch green chile, an elk burger), plus brats, salads and fried starters, with vegetarian and gluten-free options and Colorado craft beer on tap. Ask for marshmallow fluff with the sweet potato fries.
The second floor has a kids' area, a private room for about 14, and a balcony; the third floor has a half-indoor cigar lounge and a room they're booking for holiday parties. Kids' entrees are $9.95 with fries and a drink. Walk-in only for now; call ahead for 15 or more. Read our opening-day visit.
