Every reformer, mat, Lagree, and classical Pilates studio in the county, grouped by town, with each one's new-client offer checked at the source this week.

By Connor Tien, DougCo Social · Updated October 2026

Reformer Pilates is having a moment here — two brand-new studios opened in October alone, and a 24 Hour Fitness just added a private reformer room. I pulled every Pilates studio in the county, checked each one’s own site for what a first class actually costs, and grouped them by town so you don’t have to dig through five different booking apps.

FAQ

Where can I try Pilates for free in Douglas County?

BODYBAR Pilates in Highlands Ranch is offering a free first class for a limited time, and Nova Glow Studio in Parker comps a Nova Intro class for first-timers. All four Club Pilates studios — Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch West, and Lone Tree — also give new clients a free 30-minute guided intro class with no credit card required.

What’s the difference between reformer and mat Pilates?

Reformer Pilates uses a spring-loaded machine (the reformer) for resistance, so the workout scales up or down with the springs. Mat Pilates uses just your bodyweight on the floor, sometimes with small props. Most Douglas County studios teach reformer classes; Key Life Pilates, Functional Strength Pilates, Inner Strength Pilates, and Pilates Plus Body also run classical mat sessions alongside equipment work.

What’s the cheapest way to try Pilates in Castle Rock, Parker, or Highlands Ranch?

As of October 2026: a free first class at BODYBAR Pilates (Highlands Ranch) or a free 30-minute intro at any Club Pilates studio; a complimentary Nova Intro class at Nova Glow Studio (Parker); 6 classes for $60 at Studio Pilates International (Castle Pines); or $45 for a first session at Key Life Pilates (Highlands Ranch).

Can I do reformer Pilates at a regular gym instead of a dedicated studio?

Yes. Rock Solid Fitness & Wellness Club in Castle Pines Village runs its own Reformer Pilates class on-site, and 24 Hour Fitness in Castle Rock added a Reformer24 private reformer studio as part of its 2026 renovation — ask the front desk for current pricing and the class schedule.

Which Pilates studios are opening soon in Douglas County?

Pilates Addiction is taking founding members ahead of its Castle Rock opening at 333 Perry Street (two tiers, both 15% off standard pricing), and BODYBAR Pilates is also enrolling founding members for a second Douglas County studio in Lone Tree.
