It joins the brand's other Colorado studios in Littleton, Ken Caryl, and Denver's Hampden South, with a Highlands Ranch location also on the way.
The workout: group-based reformer Pilates on BODYBAR's spring-based reformer — the studio's flyer sums it up as "high intensity, low impact" with "versatile class formats" for "all ages, all body types, all fitness levels." BODYBAR runs seven class formats: Precision (form and core), Performance (strength and endurance), Strength (progressive resistance), Fusion (full-body with varied equipment), Agility (Jumpboard cardio), Reset (mobility and flexibility), and Balance 40 (a 40-minute recovery class).
