About the Role

The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician at AdventHealth Medical Group is responsible for providing quality mental health care within a primary care setting in Parker, CO. This role emphasizes reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and improving access to comprehensive mental health treatment.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial intake visits, including detailed behavioral health and substance use history.
Assess suicide risk appropriately and effectively communicate findings.
Develop treatment plans based on DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
Establish rapport with patients and work collaboratively within a care team.
Model professionalism and excellence in clinician-patient relationships.

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience in behavioral health care.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado.
Competence with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and treatment planning.
Experience in brief, structured counseling techniques.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Base pay: $68K - $126K/yr
