CT Tech FT Nights

About the Role

As a CT Tech, you will ensure safe and quality imaging for patients at AdventHealth. You will follow strict protocols and provide excellent patient education throughout the examination process.

Responsibilities

• Practicing infection control standards and using approved PPE.
• Educating patients about the exam and completing all exams in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation within EMR and PACS systems.
• Operating imaging equipment safely and properly for various patient demographics.
• Following department protocols for patient identification and consent.
• Adhering to radiation safety standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in radiology preferred.
• Registered Technologist – Radiography (RT(R)(ARRT)) required.
• Basic Life Support – CPR certification required.
• Understanding of CT procedures and safety.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse patients and staff.
• High School graduate or equivalent required.
