Assistant Coach - Flag Football - HS

About the Role

Assist the head coach with the organization and implementation of a successful athletics program. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to support the development of a strong program that is focused on the growth of students, with a commitment to academics, strong fundamental skills, and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and development of a successful Flag Football program and exemplary team of student athletes.

Requirements

• Ability to consistently maintain a generally positive attitude and professional communication in varying situations
• Ability to coordinate effective skill-building, training, and practice activities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders to meet diverse needs and achieve successful outcomes
• Demonstrated leadership with a collaborative decision making and management approach
• Demonstrated physical fitness and the ability to perform athletic training and drills
• Effective oral and written English communication skills with a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written, graphic, and verbal instructions
• Knowledge of Flag Football basics, rules, preparation, and training
• Prior coaching experience working with K-12 or a youth athletic organization
• Strong detail orientation, time management and organizational skills
• Willingness and commitment to observe and model all District policies and procedures

Compensation

• Minimum Hire Rate: $0.01 USD Stipend
• Maximum Hire Rate: $5,000.00 USD Stipend
• Full Salary Range: $0.01 USD - $10,000.00 USD Stipend
