About the Role

As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will assess and monitor patients' conditions, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will play a crucial role in administering medications and treatments, as well as documenting all patient care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing (Required)
• 1+ year medical surgical experience (Required)
• Must be proficient in English (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) (Required)
• Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty (Preferred)
• Bachelor's of Nursing (Preferred)
