About the Role

This position is an onsite role and focuses on using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. It involves delivering comprehensive patient care and collaborating across disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition appropriately.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides appropriate education.
• Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel.
• Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with state licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience.
• BLS certification by start date.
