About the Role

This position requires a Registered Nurse to provide care in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies. It involves planning and evaluating patient care while collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition as appropriate across disciplines.
• Evaluates learning needs of patients and provides appropriate education.
• Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel and may precept student nurses.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with state licensure
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program if less than 3 years experience
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing
