Registered Nurse Radiation Oncology PRN

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. This role emphasizes teaching and supporting patients and their families throughout the cancer treatment process.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor the patient for therapeutic responses.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Provide exceptional care by proactively anticipating and resolving patient needs.

Requirements

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in an Oncology department preferred.
