Registered Nurse Critical Care Float Pool

About the Role

In this position, you will utilize your advanced nursing knowledge and skills to care for patients in critical conditions. Your contributions will not only impact patient outcomes but also influence the future of nursing through collaborative initiatives and open communication with management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced nursing specialty knowledge and skills.
• Utilize specialized skills and unit-specific competencies for patient care.
• Oversee and direct the care provided by assistive personnel.
• Rotate to various units and perform duties within demonstrated competency.

Requirements

• Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse or multi-state license.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Additional certifications based on specialty unit (ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience in acute care.
