Loan Operations Specialist II

About the Role

The Loan Operations Specialist II is responsible for ensuring accuracy on all loan records and documents. This role includes performing loan maintenance and providing superior service to members to promote strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet daily department demands and promote member satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all consumer loan criteria and Credit Union policies.
• Review files for complete documents needed to perfect liens.
• Process all lien releases on paid in full HELOCs.
• Ensure all documents are recorded within department service level agreements.
• Perform loan maintenance including recasts and payment adjustments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of proven customer service experience.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Credit and loan product knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
