About the Role

As a Member Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced communications center where your role is vital in helping our members achieve their financial goals. You'll receive extensive training and opportunities for career advancement within the credit union.

Responsibilities

• Learn about our members and understand their situations.
• Educate members on financial products and services.
• Process transactions with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide ethical product solutions to customer inquiries.
• Handle advanced transactions like IRAs and wire transfers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

• Authentic passion for helping others.
• Understanding of financial products and services.
• Ability to recommend financial solutions confidently.
• Experience in a customer service role or relevant experience.
• Willingness to embrace change and seek new ways to serve members.
• Multilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus.
