Patient Care Technician

About the Role

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be essential in supporting Registered Nurses by providing hands-on care and creating a welcoming environment for patients. You'll assist with vital signs, mobility, and personal care to help monitor conditions and execute care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery
• Providing non-medical care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices
• Keeping patient areas clean and organized
• Managing supplies and equipment for infection control
• Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High School Graduate / GED
