LPN - Rehab

About the Role

As an Inpatient Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse at HCA Healthcare, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness or injury. You'll build meaningful relationships and witness the difference your care makes in a patient’s progress.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring responses, and reporting changes promptly
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals and promote independence
• Monitoring vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quickly
• Documenting progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordination
• Educating and supporting patients and families about recovery milestones, safety, and self-care techniques
• Working closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized, high-quality care

Requirements

• Current licensure in the State of CO as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• BLS – Healthcare provider from AHA or ARC
• IV Certification
• Graduate from a practical or vocational nursing program
• One year's experience in acute care is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members
