Cardiovascular Specialist PRN

About the Role

This role requires an expert knowledge of all Cath Lab procedures and the ability to provide quality patient care across various age groups. The Cardiovascular Specialist must communicate effectively and reflect concern for patients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform all special procedures on patients in the Cath Lab
• Prioritize and provide quality patient care
• Maintain documentation consistent with JCAHO regulations
• Demonstrate independent critical thinking skills
• Cross-train to additional modalities as required

Requirements

• Current Colorado RN license or multistate RN license
• BCLS and ACLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing or RTR program
• 2 years of critical care nursing or interventional radiology experience preferred
