Subcontract Administrator

About the Role

In this role, you will support supply chain strategies that ensure successful operational performance. You will be involved in negotiating contracts, analyzing proposals, and ensuring conformity with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms.
• Prepare and administer bid packages and subcontract proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions and modifications.
• Assist in developing subcontract policies and procedures.
• Sign supplier agreements and purchase orders as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of relevant professional experience.
• Effective relationship-building skills with suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
