About the Role

This role manages the proposal process, developing, planning, and scheduling compliant and compelling proposals in response to solicitation specifications. You will lead proposal volume development and provide guidance to a diverse team of proposal personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of proposal volume development
• Provide guidance to cross-functional proposal personnel
• Manage proposal schedules and deadlines
• Shape and integrate win themes into proposal deliverables
• Support color team reviews
• Conduct regular proposal status meetings

Requirements

• Experience as a Proposal Manager
• Experience managing teams under time pressures and competing priorities
• Prior experience interfacing with executive level management
• US Citizen with ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
• Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills
