About the Role

This role involves assessing and diagnosing patients' physical conditions and developing individualized treatment plans. As a key member of the team, you'll contribute to exceptional patient outcomes in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Educate and instruct patients and their families.
• Provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care.
• Model proficiency by precepting new staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification from a recognized organization.
• Card must be valid for at least sixty days from hire date.
