Desktop Technician

About the Role

This position is responsible for deploying, repairing, and consulting on desktop computing devices. The technician will also provide end-user training and monitor various systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests in the tracking system.
• Diagnose, resolve, and close desktop computing issues according to service level guidelines.
• Document and report customer inquiries regarding new or different functionality.
• Provide end-user desktop computing training.
• Escalate issues to higher-level technical support or management when necessary.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• No Required Licensure/Certification.
